Rotating Plug Launcher (RPL) 

The OSP Rotating Plug Launcher, (RPL) is a top drive cement (DNV certified) designed to release casing wiper plugs, and/or wiper balls of any type or length. The modular design can be configured with a swivel, pump in sub, or as a standalone head for any circulating and cementing operation.
